1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member or "User") and Surga19 ("Platform" or "We"), operating under the domain surga19.vin.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

11 Limitation of Liability

Surga19's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. 12 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Surga19 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of significant changes will be communicated via registered email or in-platform notifications. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where surga19 is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation will be referred to independent arbitration agreed upon by both parties.
